Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Domestic Shipping (Malaysia) We offer standard shipping within Malaysia for $3.00 USD. Orders above $25.00 USD qualify for free shipping as part of our Opening Promo.
International Shipping We ship to over 25 countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout via DHL Express.
Delivery Estimates
- Malaysia: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days depending on destination
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
